Flow Rate issues
-Replacing the filter solves this issue 95% of the time
-Check and remove air in the lines (see Support Page)
-Clean the inner filter (CONTACT SUPPORT)
-Complete a hard reset of the machine (CONTACT SUPPORT)
-Make sure the chiller has at least 18 inches of open space around all edges
-Place both hoses attached to the chiller into a 5+ gallon bucket filled with equal parts water & vinegar and run for 25-30 minutes.
Filter is Pink
-Check water levels using a test strip
-Add ¼ tsp of Chlorine
-Change the filter immediately
The Chiller is turning off
-Make sure the auto button is on
-Make sure the chiller has 18 inches of open space around each side of the chiller
-Check the power supply and change the outlet to test
The chiller isn’t getting cold
-Complete a hard reset on the system
How to do a Full reset on The Cold Life Chiller
Step 1: Turn on chiller
Step 2: Press the settings button
Step 3: Press question mark in the upper right hand corner and hold until a password screen appears
Step 4: Enter the password 872963 then press ok
Step 5: Press previous page in bottom right corner
Step 6: Press Reset in bottom right corner
Step 7: Then press home page
Step 8: Press power button off and then power on
