Yes, we offer a limited one-year warranty that covers normal usage of the plunge, chiller, and accessories. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, electrical power problems, or usage beyond that outlined as part of normal usage. Additionally, at the time of purchase, you may elect to add-on additional warranty coverage using our extended service partner, Mulberry. This extended service plan covers the same repairs as the manufacturer's warranty but for an extended period of your choosing.
If you decide not to purchase an extended plan at the time of purchase, you can contact our Customer Support team by emailing help@thecoldlife.com. We will provide you with a secure link to purchase your coverage, as long as the request is made within 60 days of purchase.
